| Kate is the littermate to Kiss Me I'm Irish. She is a very impressive doe, being very correct on her feet and legs, level accross the topline and rump, and having one of the best mammary systems in the herd, with an exceptionally high, wide, tightly attached rear udder. She is a slower maturing doe than her sister, as this line can tend to be, and looks very much like Kiss did at this age. We are very excited about this young doe, because in a year or two, she will most likely be the best doe that we have bred. Last year she competed very well in the two year old class with many first place wins, including a first place win at the 2004 District II Nubian Specialty, and was part of our first place Dairy Herd and Best Three Females. Judges have commented on the correctness of this doe and her incredibly well attached mammary system. Last year, she was named the 2004 NYS Fair Reserve Champion Nubian, over her dam, with her maternal sister GCH Teardrops Butterfly Kisses 2*M being the GCH Nubian. Kate has one CH leg. |
