Irish is by far the largest that we have with the most udder capacity. She has very strong, correct feet and legs, sharp withers, a smooth front end, and good breed character. She also has an outstanding mammary system, with lots of width and hight to her rear udder, the longest, smoothest fore udder in the herd, and a very pleasing globular shape. Last year as a first freshening two year old she had several first place wins at huge, competative shows, and at her last show of the season, she was GCH, BOB, BU nubian (over her four year old sister GCH Teardrops Butterfly Kisses LA 91 EEEE) and Best Doe in Show as a two year old! We really appreciate the honor of Irish's BIS win considering the fine quality of all the animals that were juded at the Genessee Country Fall Classic Show. She has one leg towards her championship. This year she had a case of mastitus that left her uneven, so she did not reach her full potential in the show ring, but still appraised with an "E" mammary. She has been treated and will hopefully freshen even next yeat. Irish also comes from our strongest dam line. He dam GCH Kiss is a third generation champion, and Irish has four other sisters in the herd, including GCH Butterfly, her littermate Kate, and Sealed with a Kiss, the JCH and BJDIS at the District II Nubian Specialty. |
